This makes it well worth a try if you’re suffering from aches and pains around the neck and shoulders.

Designed to help with muscle tension, this soothing scarf is filled with clay beads and can be either warmed in the microwave or frozen for extra relief. The latter option definitely sounds like the better idea right now, but chilly fall weather is just around the corner.
